A Little About Me.

I'm Carrie, I'm a Mum of two adult daughters and I'm a Registered Nurse, currently working in the Mental Health sector with young people. I absolutely love my job and am fortunate to have photography as my 'side gig'.
I started photography as a hobby when my youngest daughter dabbled with the idea of acting for a few years when she was in primary school. I decided I'd like to save myself a little money and learn to take her headshots. This led to taking her friend's headshots also, and my little business grew from there.
Supporting my daughter in this endeavor, and working for a few years as an Onset Nurse, I have been able to learn a little about the film industry and gain an understanding of what an agent and casting director are looking for. I've found this has been helpful in guiding a headshot session to ensure you get a package of photos that allow you to put your best foot forward.
In my spare time, I love to support my daughter's aspiring music career and catch up on whatever is screening at the movies or at home on Netflix.
